还有训练方式，谢谢了，能制服别人的招式，具体一点就是能擒拿格斗
擒拿学柔术吧，拳打脚踢的经历过了才能用的上的，从你的表述里就知道对武术是门外汉。擒拿是力量大了。功夫学太极。中国功夫散打不厉害。而且军警擒拿基本都是废品兄弟

喜欢它就努力的去求他，轻松的来内地的武馆，真想学就到边防部队学，那不仅学武还锻炼人
散打和擒拿不是一个套路的，你可以学学武警擒拿手就可以了，网站上有视频。。。
网上的视频太快，我觉得还是到武馆里去学吧
。。。如果有学习班最好，其实这些东西都是自学成材的。。。
