团队管理的五大障碍及解决方案?团队领导怎么当（上）?俗话说兵熊熊一个，将熊熊一窝。意思就是强将手下无弱兵，一个领导做得好，身后的队伍实力就强，如果一支队伍没有能力，那么队伍的领导也难辞其咎。关于团队领导的问题主要解决两件事情。第一个问题是知人之明，作为领导要了解人，懂得人是怎么一回事，知道什么人能够到一个队伍里面来，什么人不能到队伍里面来。第二个问题是御人之术，领导要有驾驭人才的本事，能够带领他人完成任务。?一、管理者：做英雄还是做领袖不管是英雄还是领袖都是让人敬仰的人物，许多人都梦想着成为众人瞩目的英雄，也想成为高高在上的领袖，但是想同时成为二者却是很难的事情。作为企业的管理者，尤其要懂得如何在二者之间作出选择。?（一）英雄与领袖的区别做了英雄就不要做领袖，想做领袖就最好不要做英雄。在中国历史上有很多的皇帝也是这样。例如刘备这个人，他本人没有突出的才能，却能够成为诸葛亮、张飞、关羽等众多英雄人物的领导者，成为一名出色的领袖，从中可见英雄与领袖的细微差别。那么领袖与英雄有哪些不同之处呢？?(对待人才领袖有一个很明显的特点，就是都很重视人才的作用，注意礼贤下士，笼络人才。比如中国历史上的曹操、刘备和刘邦等，他们的身边聚集着很多各式各样的人才，形成了一个出谋划策的智囊团。领袖很重视笼络人才，委以重用，人才在他这里看到了自己的价值，“士为知己者死”。而英雄往往是一人独当天下，具有豪迈气概、英勇有谋等优点，但成就的只是个人的事业，因为过于专注自身的才能，不会去重视身边的人才，更缺乏运用周围人才为自己做事的本领；而领袖却能够将众英雄豪杰汇聚到自己麾下，统领众人一起打天下。?(为人态度无论是对自己还是别人，领袖的做法是用其长而避其不足。人无完人，作为领袖总能够觉察这一真理，所以在对待人才上不去苛求他人的缺点，不会去用一把尺子衡量别人。有宽广的接纳别人的胸怀，在能人面前比较谦虚；而英雄们就不同，他们都有自己的过人之处，比如独当一面，有万夫不可敌之勇等优势。因此，他们往往不把别人放在眼里，容不得别人犯错误，更易形成傲慢的性格。?{案例}…《西游记》中前往西天取经的唐僧师徒四人组成的团队是以唐僧为领导和总经理，接下来有三个部门经理，分别是孙悟空（孙经理）、猪八戒（猪经理）、沙和尚（沙经理）。在这个团队里孙悟空是大家公认的英雄，有七十二翻变化，能降妖除魔，立下赫赫战功；但是在这个团队里唐僧是领袖，唐僧打架不如孙悟空，也打不过猪八戒，他什么本事也没有，但唯独他能够成为这个团队的领袖。?（二）单打独斗还是打群架在一个组织里面，需要完成的任务往往很复杂，单靠个人的力量是无法完成的，那些自以为可以凭借个人力量做出卓越成绩的人是不受欢迎的。现在企业倡导打群架，这是形象的说法，意思就是在解决某些问题或者做一些工作的时候要以团队的形式大家一起上，群策群力，发挥出来的力量才会强大。而电影中通常出现的以一当十、一个人打遍天下无敌手的英雄形象在现实的企业经营中是不适用的，那只不过是用艺术的手法把人们理想中的形象搬到银幕上满足大家的想象而已。?{案例}…刘邦与项羽―――英雄与领袖西汉高祖刘邦，生于周赧王五十九年（公元前256年），死于高祖十二年（公元前195年），沛郡丰邑人（现在江苏丰县），字季。他在兄弟四人当中排行第三。在秦末农民战争中曾经被项羽立为汉王，所以在战胜项羽建国时，国号定为“汉”，定都长安，为了和后来刘秀建都洛阳的“汉”区别，历史上称为“西汉”。???刘邦性格豪爽，不太喜欢读书，但对人很宽容。刘邦的心胸很大，在一次送服役的人去咸阳的路上，碰到秦始皇大队人马出巡，远远看去，秦始皇坐在装饰精美华丽的车上威风八面，羡慕得他脱口而出：“大丈夫就应该像这样啊！”刘邦晚年曾返回故乡沛县，与父老子弟饮酒，席间作《大风歌》：“大风起兮云飞扬，威加海内兮归故乡，安得猛士兮守四方！”意思是：大风吹起啊白云在天飞扬，权威笼盖天下啊回到故乡，哪里得到猛士啊守卫四方。刘邦自己认为,带兵打仗攻城不如韩信,撤运粮草安抚百姓我不如箫何,运策帷幄巨胜千里之外我不如张良,我把这三个人用好了,所以说我就能做皇帝了。作为管理者可以从历史中的问题学到很多东西。尤其是在带队伍管理人的角度上看很有帮助的。刘邦为什么能够打败项羽，帮助刘邦打天下的不仅仅是是箫何、韩信、张良，还有很多有才能的人在他周围效力，而这些人许多是从项羽那边跑过来的。反过来我们看项羽，虽然项羽被认为是时代的英雄，却因刚愎自用和性情残暴而失去谋臣和百姓的支持，最终在“楚汉之争”中败下阵来，因自觉“无颜见江东父老”，自刎身亡。项羽是一位超群的军事统帅，他能征善战，战场上豪气盖世，叱吒风云。然而，秦朝灭亡后，他自称霸王，忙于分封诸侯，扶持六国贵族的残余势力，逞英雄之势。他行为残暴，坑杀秦降卒二十万余。项羽自恃武功以威慑诸侯，缺乏远见，
