进入了CF没进街霸5登入服务器失败这算登入吗？

建议LZ尝试先关闭360 XP护盾，然后重启系统，看能不能进入服务器。如果能够进入服务器，再把遁甲一键开启。注意是一键开启，这样就能够恢复到初始状态。我觉得某个防护与CF客户端冲突，导致客户端秒退。
以上方法适用于XP系统且适用360 XP遁甲，防护为全部开启状态。
