第一种方法：选择--色彩范围--选白色--参数120到150--反选--复制--粘贴第二种方法：通道--选择绿色通道--复制通道--色阶--参数（黑项200）--建立选区--反选--进入RGB通道--回到图层--复制--粘贴
通道，ctrl点击对比强烈的通道，回到图层，删除，这样就出来了。

这个png就是一张透明底的图片，你改的话先把文字按照它的格式或者你想要的格式打好，然后字体颜色吸取它上面的，然后加个外发光，需要稍微调节下，然后你可以在原图上直接把它有字这块给填充黑色掩盖也可以另建图层框选区域填充黑色。
