　　日，国土资源部首次通过招标方式出让两个页岩气勘查区块―“渝黔南川页岩气勘查区块”（以下简称“南川区块”，许可证号:1，面积:2197.94平方千米）和“渝黔湘秀山页岩气勘查区块”（以下简称“秀山区块”，许可证号:2，面积:2038.87平方千米），探矿权人分别为中国石油化工股份有限公司和河南省煤层气开发利用有限公司。两个探矿权勘查许可证有效期均为三年，自日―日。
　　经国土资源部组织督察，三年勘查期内“南川区块”完成勘查投入4.3389亿元，为承诺投入（5.910982亿元）的73%、“秀山区块”完成勘查投入1.2684亿元，为承诺投入（2.475604亿元）的51%。两公司对督察结果无异议。
　　按照页岩气探矿权出让合同（2011001号、2011002号）的约定，中国石油化工股份有限公司按未完成承诺勘查投入的比例缴纳了797.98万元违约金，核减了“南川区块”面积593.44平方千米；河南省煤层气开发利用有限公司按未完成承诺勘查投入的比例缴纳了603.55万元违约金，核减了“秀山区块”面积994.15平方千米。目前，两公司已按核减面积后的区块重新编制勘查实施方案并报国土资源部，办理探矿权延续登记手续。
