&&我想很多人都跟我一样，玩了几个赛季的大师联赛，看着自己心仪的转生球星0%的谈判率，心情那叫一个郁闷啊。某一天无意中抱着试试的心态，点了一次0%的转生球星，第一次失败了，但第二次谈判的时候，发现成功率上升为40%，于是再次谈判，交易达成！
&&这里说下重点，想打造自己的超级球队，首先不要老是跳俱乐部，最好是固定在一个俱乐部，每年1月份的第一天，都会出现几个能力超强的转生球星，几乎所有的转生球星谈判成功率都是0%，在第一天，你就一定要和他谈判，否则会有其他球队和他谈判，这样你只有在以后靠运气存档读档碰运气签他了。第一次和他谈判以后，系统会默认，就算你不签他，也不会再有其他球队来签他。第二次谈判，所有你之前谈判过的转生球星成功率都会涨到40%以上，还不会有其他球队和你抢，这下只管谈判签约吧，就算第一次没有签下所有你心仪的球星，别急，到了8月转会期，就算一次签一个，一个满赛季下来，你至少也能签下5,6个吧，基本上2,3个赛季，你的球队替补也应该是90+了。

我的贵州人和 每年的转生球员几乎都是中国球星 大部分70+ 但是没耐心去练他们 曾经培养了孙继海 6个赛季 才85不到就开始下滑 。。。

【教练合约和跳槽】
All contracts you sign with a club are restricted to 1 year in length.This makes the end of the season a very busy time, as you must decide which club team you would like to manage next season.If you have earned the trust and respect of your team (Team's trust level), then you will be offered an extension.At the same time, you may receive offers from other clubs.Take a look at your offer list to see who's interested in your services.Alternatively, you can hand in a transfer request and look for pastures anew. However, please note that this option only applies to teams who have managerial vacancies at the time.
【球队信任度】
The &Team's Trust Level& indicates the level of trust between you and the players.If this were to drop below a certain level, you will not be offered a renewal at the end of the season.The trust level fluctuates based on the team's fortunes on the pitch and the amount it changes each time depends on the strength of the opposition.So, by this rule, the easiest way to earn your team's trust is to beat big clubs.

In Master League, a manager's job isn't all about club management.Managers yearn for the opportunity to lead their nation to great success.Such an opportunity may come calling for you too.The more experience you gain in club management, the bigger the chance you will have of receiving such an honour.The job of managing the national team is a part-time one and you will continue in your present role at the club even if you were to accept such an offer.As national team manager, you will be tasked with guiding the team to success in international competitions as well as naming the squads for the qualifiers and friendlies in preparation.Your performances at both club and international level will ultimately dictate who you will get to manage.

When trying to sign a player, you can use players from your team as makeweights in a trade deal.In such cases, try to put forward players who can play in positions which the other team is looking to strengthen. This would then give you more leverage in any potential deal.
&Team Negotiations: Option-to-buy&租借中球员的买卖条款
This is an option only available in loan deals.Including this option allows players to be bought or sold during their loan spells.
&Player Negotiations: Appearance Bonus&出场奖金
Players who have this clause written into their contracts are entitled to 1％ of their annual salaries for each appearance made.This is an option which can make it easier for you to negotiate with players who feature regularly for their teams.
&Player Negotiations: Goal Bonus&进球奖金
Players who have this clause written into their contracts are entitled to 1％ of his annual salaries for every goal scored.This is an option which can make it easier for you to negotiate with attacking players who feature regularly for their teams.
&Player Negotiations: Release Clause&解约条款
Players who have this clause written into their contracts can force a move if an offer comes from a team with a higher club ranking.This is an option which can make it easier for you to negotiate with highly rated and ambitious players who are looking to eventually play for a big club.

&Market Value&球员市值
The market value will form the basis of a player's true financial worth.This value can fluctuate based on 2 factors: the player's individual achievements and those achieved by his club.The player's transfer fee will also be set in accordance to the market value.
&Annual Salary&球员工资
The annual salary like its name suggests refer to the yearly wage players are paid by their clubs.It is the one expenditure that has to be paid at regular yearly intervals.Whenever you are thinking about bringing in new players, make sure that you check the club's current wage bill as well as the overall state of their finances.
&Severance Payment&球员遣散费
On releasing a player who he is still contracted to your club, you will be obliged to pay him what is known as a severance payment.This amount will be worked out based on the player's annual salary.
&Bankruptcy&破产
The club will be declared bankrupt if you are unable to cover the player's wage bills come the beginning of the season.While bankruptcy won't result in the dissolution of your team, you will be subject to a transfer embargo until the debts are paid off.

The club can raise funds from the following sources.

Gate receipts and prize money are what forms the main bulk of the club's revenue. Note, gate receipts can only be earned in home matches.Prize money will be awarded in accordance to the club's performances in both league and cup.

Sponsorship fees and fan club subscriptions are paid at the beginning of the season.The expected revenue from these sources will be disclosed towards the end of each season, which affords you the time to plan ahead and look for potential reinforcements.Needless to say, the better you perform, the more revenue you will generate.
