The copyright to this article is transferred to TECHPOS 2009, Faculty of Engineering, University of Malaya, effective if and when the article is accepted for publication. The author warrants that his/her contribution is original and that he/she has full power to make this grant. The author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing this material on behalf of any and all co-authors. The copyright transfer covers the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the article, including reprints, translations, photographic reproductions, microform, electronic form (offline, online) or any other reproductions of similar nature.

投稿回复要transmittal form和copyright，是什么情况了？
4月份通过电子邮件的方式投稿到Taylor & Francis旗下的一个杂志，投稿后一直没有任何回复，都有些灰心了，昨天（8月10日）忽然收到杂志的一封邮件，内容如下。说是需要copyright and transmittal forms，这个是什么意思了，意思是现在开始正式审稿了，还是说文章要被用了？ 求高手解答了。
herewith I acknowledge the receipt of your paper entitled "***" for publishing in ***: An International Journal.
Please send back the signed copyright and transmittal forms which I
attach by mail.
Please be aware that the reviewing process can take up to several months.
不是录用，这个期刊是先提交版权转让协议的，然后才开始审稿 看起来比较慢的杂志。。。。还没有开始正式审稿，你要签版权转移协议。 这个杂志审稿真的是很慢了，先要你的版权协议是怕他们审完了，版权有问题，那样就麻烦了

有一个表格需要填写（见附件），我发过去了，人家说我有问题。请大家指点：第一页我填的每位作者的信息，1. The work under consideration for publication ，2. Relevant financial activities outside the submitted work , 3. Other Relationships 都填的No&Public Access Policy& Funding Disclosure 没有，所以空着了往下 选 Author's Own Work最后日期签名，我是做的电子签名，每个作者的都是我自己代做的编辑部回信说 Copyright Transfer Agreement: This form must be completed individually by EACHauthor and uploaded with your submission. The form is available on thejournal's online submission system: .先谢过啦 着急着急呀
