补教程打开iCleaner Pro，按右下角第一个系统图标，之后拉到最下面倒数第三个，选择中文简体语言、然后按左下角的＋图标，点击语言，删除语言，除了日语Estonian不要清理，因为清理日语之后是无法使用表情文字的，为了系统的稳定性建议不要删除.之后返回依次点击语言，国际键盘，语音控制语言，清理。是能为系统减轻300左右的容量了、
之后，我们看高级设置的启动项，把它全部关闭，新手要注意，开的时候是蓝色的，关的时候是没有颜色的，不要搞错了，然后点击最上面的pro，打开日志、转存和崩毁报告启动项，拉到最下面把com.apple.ReportCrash.SimulateCra打开，注意了，这个是不能关的，不然迟早会引发问题。接着点击应用，按下弹出的重启，你会发现基本上已经不会卡了打开ifile，进入路径/Applications.里面有许多程序文件，选择适当的进行禁用（ifile可以禁用程序的活动而不完全删除它，这对解决电池耗电问题已经足够了）。禁用方式以“邮件”程序举例：找到mobilemail.app，点击该栏右侧蓝色的“i&图标，进入后下滑到最下方，找到”ACCESS PERMISSIONS“单元。单元里有3个项目分别为User、Group、World。分别点击进入，又可看到4个选项Execute、Write、Read、Sticky，将这4个选项的钩都去掉其他程序的禁用请参考邮件。下面列出可禁用列表，在列表内的程序各位均可放心禁用，小伙伴们根据自身需求选择性禁用吧~~~AdSheet——广告程序Calculator——计算器
Facetime——视频通话，表示从未用过
Gamecenter——禁用
iBooks——谁会去用iBooks？
MobileMail——邮件，会在后台自动运行的耗电大户
Nike——植入IOS的程序，没什么用
Passbook——禁用
PassbookUIService——连同Passbook一起禁用
Podcasts——播客，没用
Reminders——提醒事项，可以禁用，由于楼主需要用到所以没禁。没用的可以禁用
Stocks——股票。对我来说没用，可禁用
Tips——ios8新增程序“提示”，没用

5、主机名就是你的WIFI的IP地址，设置--无线局域网--点击你连接上的那个网络就可以看到。
用户名root，密码你若没改就是默认的alpine。
6、将下载的IOS8.1.1.sh脚本拖到右面框里
7.点开图片上的箭头输入sh IOS8.1.1.sh& &（sh 后面有个空格） 点击执行
8、* 出现错误127提示不用管，然后自己手动重启手机 *
所有 东西就优化完成了。。。。献给不会优化觉得麻烦的人现在优化简单了5分钟全部优化好 = =想刷机的自己去刷吧& &妈妈再也不用担心我优化优化一个小时浪费学习时间了
