1.光劍本體售價美金525，
限量1250把，DHL運費60美元，運氣不錯，竟然沒被課到關稅 。
2.除了上述的不同點，EE版的確在某些邊緣切口處理得比較精緻，但這些精緻老實說並不足以支持MR的EE版要拿這麼高的價錢，這一把之所以吸引人，主要還是衝著這是EP1的歐比王光劍，而非因為它是EE版的光劍。
3.另外這把EE版，不但賣得太貴，還少了EP2版附贈的光劍在腰帶上的扣環，光這個扣環在ebay上的單價就不少錢。

1.好久沒有寫道具光劍的東東了，今年
1月24日, 我也收到第458號的TPM版Obi-Wan EE MR光劍，因為想說維德大君一定會先拍照及寫心得，我也就不急著post，沒想到還是被點名:p，那我就來說說自己的一點想法。
(Master Replicas) 在2002年取得LucasFilm的光劍道具授權後，在短短幾年內就出了頗為多樣的商品，就算我只收集Obi-Wan曾經使用過的光劍系列，也被MR的劍海攻勢打敗，舉例來說，原以為Obi-Wan
Ep4的光劍只有出過一把舊化版本(Weathered)，不料MR又有出同款但未舊化的&As
first built by Obi-Wan&版本！至於MR會員專屬的特殊黃金版本，那就更不用細數，根本就是一連串勸敗的巧妙設計，使此年度的會員必須購買特定商品，以獲得下一年度的會員資格。
3.到了2005年起，MR會員資格的加入了採即時生效制，也就是說，有些必須要是2005年度會員才能購買的商品，例如等一下要介紹的TPM版，不一定得透過在2004年先買過某些商品來獲得2005年度的會員資格，只要購在您想變成會員時，直接購買2005年度會員資格套件，就可以立刻生效；而我就是那種為了TPM版被半強迫變成會員的人
抱怨完畢，且來說說TPM版的初印象－－天啊！為什麼那麼亮@_@？
1.本體規格：長27.9公分，射出端直徑4.3公分，重約450克(?)。(原AOTC版官方介紹的規格換算成公分後，長度也是27.9，但維德大君的圖說已顯示TPM版較長，故我實測了一次，發現TPM確為27.9公分，而AOTC版實為27.4公分而已。至於各層的直徑較不易各別測量，故僅以射出端最外圍為準。）
2.稀有度：全球限量1,250隻。
3.特點：隨劍附的說明小冊指出，Obi-Wan
TPM版的光劍，在當時並未留下完整的「標準」規格資料，所以MR的設計人員費了一番考證，才儘可能還原首部曲中那把光劍的樣貌，並加入了數處提升價值感的設計；有趣的是，當年Fans自製的非授權光劍中，Larbel
Plasma的O-style也是不知從哪推算出近似的規格尺寸，或許主要參考DK的EP1視覺百科吧？
MR與Fans對Obi-Wan首部曲光劍重建的異同：
a)TPM版以不鏽鋼為主要金屬材料，在拋光處理後呈現亮銀的不鏽鋼色澤；LPO版以鋁為主要金屬材料，所以顏色偏霧白；DK視覺百科的Obi-Wan首部曲光劍雖然是從書上翻拍下來，但推估應是霧面。
b)光劍刃部射出端（emitter）在首部曲設定中據說有三個指示燈代表刃部長度與強度的控制，DK視覺百科看不出「指示燈」存在，TPM版就很誠意地做了「燈」材質於三個小的圓形凹槽中，而LPO版是做為三個小的圓形沒有凹槽。
c)紅色啟動（Activator）的比例與用料TPM版遠比LPO版高級。而中央加了LED燈的黃銅包K金也是TPM版精緻之處，DK視覺百科中恰好被擋住了，所以無法確定原來比較像什麼樣子。
d)光劍劍柄底端圓球（power cell
reserve cap）周圍突出的六個金屬小方塊皆有垂直向貫穿的孔洞，但TPM版較大，LPO版較小；且仔細比較可以發現，TPM版的六個金屬小方塊其實比較像梯形。
4.典藏價值：
a)使用者：Obi-Wan在首部曲用的光劍，而且由MR發行，的確是令人心動的典藏標的。
b)版本別：目前只有一種款式（原定價USD525），含展示盒。
c)造　型：個人認為是最有造型的光劍劍柄，優雅程度僅次於Count
Dooku的光劍劍柄。
d)戰　史：Obi-Wan於首部曲中曾用此光劍把Darth
Maul的光劍砍成兩半，不過Darth Maul後來還是把Obi-Wan的光劍給踢到坑裡。

There are actually many detail differences
between fan-made version and MR version. I think pictures will speak it all.
Personally, I
think MR's is still more accurate, but consider MR has more access to the detail
picture to screen used props for referrence, so this is no surprise. This
fan-made Obi TPM is still a killer piece. I like both versions !
The fan made saber is slightly longer and
has larger diameter than MR. &The bottom one is MR&
The space between those black grips is wider on fan made saber. &MR
is on the right hand side&
MR's has wider grips, narrower and deeper
space between grips. &MR is on the right hand side&
MR's pommel is flatter on the tip and has
smaller “cubes”. &MR is on the right hand side&
MR's emitter doesn’t have separate washer-like piece as fan-made
version does. Those detail lines are generated by engraves. Fan-made version has
more screen accurate construction on the emitter. Its washer-like plate is a
seperate piece. &MR is on the left hand side&
MR's has larger holes on the pommel cubes &MR
is on the left hand side&
MR's has crystal inside the brass valve, and
fan-made has a painted purple hemisphere.
