找一个空的汽水瓶,并用口对着瓶口吹气、吹的时候想呼字,并模仿吹出火车开动的声音,再用蛤蟆肚子呼吸状态练习。4、吹口哨训练: 气入丹田按弹奏的音吹口哨,并有节制的让气流均匀呼出。5、连音练习: 把腰、横膈膜、小腹想象成放风筝的手,不管声音怎么变化,下面手的劲不能松,就象用手握住一只小鸟,用力大了,就会掐死,用力小了,又会飞走。6、狗喘气练习: 模仿狗喘气动作,深吸气,吐舌,速度开始可稍慢,熟练后加快,能一秒达到4下最好。以上歌唱呼吸训练方法是为了提高兴趣、同时利用睡觉或座着看电视又或喝汽水后等日常经常做的事而设计的呼吸训练方法,方法实用,效果明显。 大家还可以举一反三,只要符合规律,怎样训练都可以。 慢慢养成了以上呼吸习惯,大家就可以运用到唱歌中了。
