跪求电脑高手：测试网速很快，可是网页都打不开，游戏完不了。这是怎么回事
如题。前天感觉电脑反应变慢了。就重装系统了。重装系统后感觉网络超慢。网页打不开。游戏完不了。但是测试网速都还有一百多K。看电影还顺畅。这到底是怎么回事。都快疯了。我的宽带是4兆宽带4个人用。以前用了一年了。感觉都还可以，从来没出现现在这样的情况。难道是我的电脑网速被别人控制了还是我那里没有设置好。求高手帮忙啊、跪求啊。
