　　今日，华纳兄弟公司首次公布了《蝙蝠侠大战超人》中“超人”的新造型，由亨利·卡维尔饰演的“超人”克拉克·肯特，挂着标志性的红斗篷站在夜雨中，身躯极为强壮，但表情却深沉凝重。画面远处的背景是夜色中烟囱林立的哥谭市，似乎预示着“超人”与哥谭名人韦恩少爷将有一场纠葛甚至是争斗，十分符合“蝙蝠侠”电影一贯的黑暗风格。

　　《蝙蝠侠大战超人》的导演扎克·施奈德表示，DC漫画人物“蝙蝠侠”(本·阿弗莱克饰演)、“神奇女侠”(盖尔·加朵饰演)、“钢骨”(雷·费舍饰演)等角色的加盟，将使影片呈现出与2013年的《超人：钢铁之躯》相比，更为坚实厚重的史诗感，该片朝着构建更为强大的DC电影宇宙，并最终完成《正义联盟》的目标，更近了一步。
　　接受《今日美国》采访时，施奈德说，他在构思拍摄《超人：钢铁之躯》时，没想过要把蝙蝠侠扯进来，但他曾有个愿景，希望有朝一日能改编弗兰克·米勒的漫画《黑暗骑士归来》(讲述的便是退休的蝙蝠侠对抗成超人的故事)。当克里斯托弗·诺兰的《黑暗骑士》三部曲成功后，将蝙蝠侠和超人相遇的故事拍出来变得合理起来。施奈德说，他并不急于拍蝙蝠侠，但另一方面将这个人物带进来才能让DC宇宙变成有机体。外媒对此分析认为，《蝙蝠侠大战超人：正义黎明》不是《钢铁之躯》的续集，也不是《黑暗骑士》的续集，而应该是《正义联盟》的前传。
　　据外媒爆料，在这部影片中，克拉克·肯特和女友路易斯·莱恩(艾米·亚当斯饰演)，将继续为仍由派瑞·怀特(劳伦斯·菲什伯恩饰演)担任总编的《星球日报》工作，他将在新的环境中与敌人进行战斗，比如哥谭市面临的新威胁——“超人”死敌、邪恶的亿万富翁莱克斯·卢瑟(杰西·艾森伯格饰演)。
