　　FSC:CoC連鎖管理認証的基本要求 　　　　FSC:CoC認証，英文全稱是Chain-of-Custody，連鎖管理的意思，是FSC認証的一種，主要是針對以木材、木產品或非木材林產品為主要材料的工為平品的認証。木板材、木制建筑材料、家具、家具配件、紙漿、造紙、木制工藝品、木制玩具，甚至鉛筆等，都可以申請CoC認証。 　　連鎖管理，顧名思義，就是從來自森林的原木，一直到消費品的全過程中，木材經歷了運輸、倉儲、加工和再加工的過程，而對整個過程進行跟蹤管理的過程，就是連鎖管理， 一個典型的木材走向流程圖如下圖所示。 　　　　　　　　其他物質加入↓

圖 典型的木材走向流程 　　　　CoC認証的目的是確保所有認証的產品，其主要原材料均是直接或間接出自管理良好的森林，也就是獲得FSC:FM認証的森林。這就要求在林木產品轉化的全過程中，獲得認証的原料，包括木材或木產品，能與未獲認証的原料清晰地區分開來。獲得CoC認証的木產品（包括紙漿等）有權在產品上使用FSC:CoC的標志。一家工厂，如果要想獲得FSC:CoC認証，其主要原材料也必須是擁有FSC:FM或FSC:CoC標志的產品，例如，某家具厂要為其產品申請CoC認証，使用的板材和配件必須是獲得CoC認証的產品，而板材和配件要獲得CoC認証，其使用的木材必須來自獲得FSC:FM認証的森林，其他依此類推。 　　迄今為止，全世界共有3441家企業獲得CoC認証，其中亞洲451家。我國林木企業CoC認証的工作開展得比FSC:FM認証略早，自2000年廣東省東莞市的一間外資企業成功取得CoC認証后，已有近百家企業（含香港）獲得CoC認証。 　　CoC認証給企業和產品帶來的效益是顯著的，主要表現在如下几個方面：　　1提高產品的附加值，賦予產品真正環保的品質﹔　　2顯示厂家慎重地考慮過消費者和員工的環境保護需求﹔　　3在消費者的環境保護意識日益增強的今天，標志的使用有利於拓展市場，以及產品日益為消費者接受﹔　　4獲得公眾的認可﹔　　5滿足消費者的需求﹔　　6增強產品競爭力﹔　　7利於進入高價值的市場﹔　　8符合內部政策的需要﹔　　9發揮FSC標志產品的市場優勢﹔　　10FSC認証鼓勵營林者與零售商直接聯系，以便使營林者更深刻地意識到消費者的環境保護和社會意識，便於營林者拓展商業關系。 　　與FSC:FM認証一樣，CoC認証也是由獨立的第三方進行，這些機構必須經過FSC組織的評審、授權的監督，確認具有相關的認証資格。 　　分类： |
