民用下行100M的光纤，一般上行只有8M，而且IP地址会变，80，8080端口屏蔽16:50 1. 电信跟我说他们基本保证上行10Mbps，够用不？2. IP地址会变是什么原因导致的？怎么解决？3. 80， 8080 端口屏蔽是什么意思？请详解，谢谢。1000人10Mbps，每人只有100k。当然这是极端情况，一般300人顶多了吧。但别忘了你平日里在家浏览网页也会有微量的上行流量，如果后台不小心有P2P流量，那就着急了。关于IP地址，两个注意点：家用宽带的IP可能你每次进行拨号都会变化，想要固定IP要和电信谈或者加钱。有些运营商由于IP资源不足，会给你假公网IP，实际上是做过NAT处理的关于端口：一般家庭的网络接入除了光猫，还会有路由（或者是二合一的家庭网关）。如果你内网的机器有些服务要暴露给外部的话，需要在路由上做端口映射或DMZ。家用网络是禁止了80和8080端口的（web服务，不排除电信有更多封锁项目），你再怎么做映射也无济于事，局端封锁。比如别人访问你的网站，输入 （虚构地址）是访问不了的。关于安全：10M的带宽，随便一个DoS（都不用DDoS分布式），就能打死。DoS就是对方蓄意使用无意义的流量占用你的带宽，手段脏，方法暴力，技术成本低，打击效果好。

不用看配置 什么样子的服务器都能开传奇私服 做论坛也可以 只要配置好需要的东西可是你的是固定IP吗?

配置应该没有很大问题了，主要的是你的带宽要够大！要不别人访问你的网站半天打不开哪还有兴趣
