我家电脑运行内存4G玩英雄联盟洛奇英雄传老是掉线线怎么办？

既然是加了内存后才出现的问题，那多数就是新加的内存引起的，这样，你把它拔了，再看看，最好重装，如果没有问题，就可确定是新内存的问题了。
有可能是硬盘问题或内存条问题，你可以先将内存条用橡皮擦一擦然后再不行排除了内存条问题。换一个硬盘安装系统试一试，估计是这二部分故障。

实际上大于4G的，接近5G，另外运行时还要从服务器接受数据，这样就内存更大
应该咋办啊？
删一些东西吧，或者换张卡
该删除什么呢？哪些可以删除？是文件还是软件？我比较白痴，请您耐心指导下，谢谢！
比如你不用的软件（自己下载的，系统软件尽量别删），或者你下的歌，电影什么的
