mmm是不是骗局？为什么？

没深入了解过具体运营模式，我只是有一个不是很熟的朋友已是mmm局中人。从他平时发布的宣传语来看，基本是骗局。
首先会说一些鸡汤耸人听闻，如马云说一个模式大家都不懂时你来做就赚大钱，小部分人懂时，你才来做只赚小钱，大部分人都懂你来做就不赚钱。
看似很有道理，你就容易套进他的逻辑里，觉得要抓住他这个机会，其实，你都还没论证过它的真实性。
做一个事情看本质。mmm打着资本互助的旗号，说的却是投钱排队等十几天就可以拿出本金加15％左右的利息。你甚至不知道钱在里面干了什么交给了谁，他人怎么样你都不知道，也没有任何可靠凭证交给你。这种好事，你要信你来吧……
基本从那个朋友的宣传资料分析，劝题主莫要相信掉馅饼的好事，看到馅饼掉下来你也要先考虑那个馅饼是不是陷阱，是不是铁做的其实只是想砸死你。

什么烂问题，什么烂逻辑？看问题描述就觉得80%是庞式骗局。因为不了解mmm是什么，所以保留20%可能性。但建议搜关键字进来的人慎重考虑。

Configuration Overview
Ubuntu's Apache2 default configuration is different from the
upstream default configuration, and split into several files optimized for
interaction with Ubuntu tools. The configuration system is
fully documented in
/usr/share/doc/apache2/README.Debian.gz. Refer to this for the full
documentation. Documentation for the web server itself can be
found by accessing the
if the apache2-doc
package was installed on this server.
The configuration layout for an Apache2 web server installation on Ubuntu systems is as follows:

apache2.conf is the main configuration
file. It puts the pieces together by including all remaining configuration
files when starting up the web server.
ports.conf is always included from the
main configuration file. It is used to determine the listening ports for
incoming connections, and this file can be customized anytime.
Configuration files in the mods-enabled/,
conf-enabled/ and sites-enabled/ directories contain
particular configuration snippets which manage modules, global configuration
fragments, or virtual host configurations, respectively.
They are activated by symlinking available
configuration files from their respective
*-available/ counterparts. These should be managed
by using our helpers
. See their respective man pages for detailed information.
The binary is called apache2. Due to the use of
environment variables, in the default configuration, apache2 needs to be
started/stopped with /etc/init.d/apache2 or apache2ctl.
Calling /usr/bin/apache2 directly will not work with the
default configuration.
Document Roots
By default, Ubuntu does not allow access through the web browser to
any file apart of those located in /var/www,
directories (when enabled) and /usr/share (for web
applications). If your site is using a web document root
located elsewhere (such as in /srv) you may need to whitelist your
document root directory in /etc/apache2/apache2.conf.
The default Ubuntu document root is /var/www/html. You
can make your own virtual hosts under /var/www. This is different
to previous releases which provides better security out of the box.
Reporting Problems
Please use the ubuntu-bug tool to report bugs in the
Apache2 package with Ubuntu. However, check existing
bug reports before reporting a new bug.
Please report bugs specific to modules (such as PHP and others)
