& & 现在市面的比比皆是，但是在大家都比较熟悉的车当中，真正能称得上是&&的还要数家族成员的，或许叫它&&更能勾起您的回忆。普拉多高大威猛的外形总能让人联想到它翻山越岭时如履平地的能力。
& & 但无论是进口中规版、进口中东版、还是现在国内组装的2700，其实都具备一个同样的弱点，就是动力较弱，它们两吨多重的身躯搭载的都是同样一款2TR四缸自然吸气式发动机，动力输出163马力。
& & 今天陕西的张哥来到店说在翻山越岭时体现出来那软绵绵的动力，我也是醉了~
& & 要想普拉多2700翻山越岭时如履平地的能力，对于这款车来讲，动力升级安装这是不庸质疑的事实。一般有两个办法：第一，对发动机ECU做调校；第二，给发动机安装增压系统。第一种方法对原厂搭载涡轮增压发动机的车子比较有效，对于自然吸气发动机来说，单纯的ECU调校无法实现动力的大幅提升。如果要突破这一瓶颈，那最直接的方案就是为发动机安装一套增压系统。

& & 一说到增压器，很多人的第一反应肯定是&涡轮增压（turbo-）&。殊不知，还有一类增压器，其诞生比涡轮增压器更早，那就是&机械增压器（super-charger）&。机械增压器与涡轮增压器最本质的区别，
& & 在于其动力来源：机械增压器靠发动机曲轴来提供动力，而涡轮增压器则依靠发动机排气。这两类增压器性格迥异、而又各有所长，所以一直以来在发动机增压领域鼎足而立、各自雄踞一方。
& & 与涡轮增压器相比，机械增压器优势在于：动力输出线性，没有涡轮迟滞现象；实现真正的&无损安装&，不会破坏发动机舱结构，系统稳定、寿命长。
& & ROTREX 机械增压器
& & 今天安装的产品是是来自丹麦的世界著名品牌ROTREX机械增压器，Rotrex 属于离心式增压器，相对于鲁式机械增压起来说，中后段的效率和输出表现更好。而与其它品牌离心式机械增压器相比，Rotrex 抛弃了内部齿轮传动的结构，转而采用无齿行星轮结构，这个特殊构造带来的好处是很明显的：Rotrex 机械增压器体积小、重量轻、效率高、性能稳定。

& & 试车检验及数据测试，加装ROTREX 机械增压器后数据结果：0-100KM提速11.3秒，车上两人。提升接近4秒，普拉多2700原车马力163匹，加装机械增压后增加至约220匹，动力增幅35%。
& & 安装机械增压后试车感受
& & 试车路况包括城市道路，高速公路，山路及上坡弯道超车等，首先低扭真的不是好了一点半点，感觉油门变轻了，轻点油门起步车子就欢快的跑了起来，给人一种车变轻了的感觉，中途加速明显有力，机械增压的声音几乎听不到，发动机声音和加装前相差无几。发动机和变速箱的配合并没有因提高扭矩带来的换挡冲击感。关于油耗方面，由于增压的原因，空气密度大燃烧充分带来的低扭增加及ECU的相应调校，起步和提速不需要大脚油门了，高速路况稳定在10-11升，城市拥堵路况约14升，当然，油耗高低由驾驶者的个人驾驶习惯因素决定性很大，激烈驾驶情况下，油耗会高1-2升左右。

/TRD 6 缸机械增压器安装1.进行发动机的机械增压改装，使原4.0增加约20%的动力，使加速时间缩短约20%，提高的灵敏度，在遇到危急时能有能力度过。经约6000公里的使用，加速提高灵敏度，耗油约增加1点，约15个左右，综合现价97#油价约1.1元/公里。
2.在车头副驾驶前新装万向900米射程IPF。（很好玩、很实用）3.加装尾拖钩。
4.缺点是油耗增加1点，加油时“呼呼”声略有增加。

摘录增压器原理：
机械增压，此类增压器是以不增加引擎排气量为前提，使动力轮输出提升的方法。是直接利用引擎出力来驱动增压器，再将高密度空气送入汽缸内以提高引擎的输出功率。
& & 涡轮增压则是利用引擎的废气排放来驱动压缩机。最早的增压器全部都是机械增压，在刚发明时被称超级增压器(Supercharge)，后来涡轮增压发明之后为了区隔两者。起初涡轮增压器被称为Turbo Supercharger，机械增压则被称为Mechanical Supercharger，久而久之，两者就分别被简化为Turbocharger与Supercharger了！
& & 机械增压器压缩机的驱动力来自引擎曲轴，一般都是利用皮带连接曲轴皮带轮，间接将曲轴运转的扭力带动增压器，达到增压目的。依构造不同，机械增压会经出现过许多种类，包括叶片式(Vane)、鲁氏(Roots)、温克尔(Wankle)等型式，而活塞运动最早也被认为是一种机械增压，时至今日，则以鲁氏增压器最被广泛使用，更是改装的大热门。鲁氏增压器有双叶与三叶转子两种型式，目前以双叶转子较普遍，其构造是在椭圆形的壳体中装两个茧形的转子，转子之间保有极小的间隙而不直接相连，藉由螺旋齿轮连动，其中一个转子的转轴与驱动的皮带轮连结，转子转轴的皮带轮上装有电磁离合器，在不需要增压时即放开离合器以停止增压,离合器则由计算机控制以达到省油的目的。机械增压的特征，除了在低转速便可获得增压外，增压的动力输出也与曲轴转速成一定的比例，即机械增压引擎的油门反应随着转速的提高，动力输出随之增强，因此机械增压引擎的操作感觉与自然气极为相似，却能拥有较大的马力与扭力。
& & 涡轮增压原理利用引擎运转时所排出来的废气,用废气来转动涡轮增压器中的排气侧转子,而排气侧转子与进气侧转子(Compressor)是同轴异室,当Turbine转子达到一定转速时(约12000rpm左右)它带动另一侧的Compressor,使Compressor转子引进外来的新鲜空气,经过压缩倒入进气歧管内,因此Turbo车的进气是非自然方式,是经过&吸进来,再压缩&所以空气压力是大于大气压力的。涡轮增压由于是超高转速地运转轴承,随之而来的高温排除或增压过度的泄压就是关键。目前常用的就是机油导入来润滑与冷却轴承,也有用水冷式的。而过高的增压对引擎的压缩行程与动力(爆炸)行程发生时会造成伤害,所以,有机械式地用空气压力作为开关或电子式地用计算机直接控制泄放压力的动作。
离心式机械增压器
离心式机械增压器利用叶轮（一种类似于转子的装置）提供动力，将空气高速吸入狭小的压缩机壳体。 叶轮与转子相似，其转速可达每分钟5-6万转。 由于空气在叶轮轮毂处被吸入，因此离心力会导致空气向外扩散。 这些空气会使叶轮处于高速低压状态。 扩压器是一组环绕叶轮的固定叶片，它会将高速低压的空气转换成低速高压的空气。 当空气分子碰到这些叶片时，会减慢速度，从而降低气流速度以及增加压力。
离心式机械增压器
在所有增压系统中，离心式机械增压器是最有效率、最普遍的一种机械增压器。 它们体积小，重量轻，安装在发动机的前面而不是顶部。

不懂请教：110公里时速转速接近2800，这么快是不是地板油电脑降挡了？正常没改装情况下应该是1900左右的转速啊。

这个套件的完成度确实很高，基本上就是直接不作太大的改造直接安装的。应该是TRD专门设计出来给这款车型的，可惜TRD没有2700的增压套件。
想咨询一下，安装后的电脑匹配调教也外挂电脑芯片吗？用的是增压套装带来的数据还是自己要作更改调教？因为中美的油品差别不同，要是不做个性化调教会不会有影响？
另外，安装后的空燃比不同了，估计只能用高标号的燃油比如97号油了吧？用93估计会爆震或者其它问题吧？
