&&由于消费者购物习惯的改变以及来自折扣超市的竞争压力，英国四大超市巨头最近3个月销售额下滑、业绩承压。
&&近日据英国《卫报》报道，尽管投入了数百万英镑做降价促销，仍然不能改写乐购、阿斯达、莫里森超市过去三个月在英国食品零售业内业绩表现最差的事实。
&&截至9月13日的三个月，乐购和莫里森的销售额分别同比下跌1%和1.4%，阿斯达则大幅下滑2.9%。根据市场调查机构凯度的市场份额数据显示，在英国四大超市中仅有塞恩斯伯里实现0.9%的销售增长，其市场占有率上升至16.2%。
&&由于消费者购物习惯的改变，更喜欢在小便利店或网上购买，再加上来自折扣超市阿尔迪和Lidl的竞争压力，英国四大超市的日子确实不太好过。
&&然而，与超市巨头的困境相比，折扣超市阿尔迪和Lidl的销售额大幅上涨，分别比去年同期增长17.3%和16%。近几个月苦苦挣扎的英国连锁超市Co-operative和冷冻食品零售商Iceland的销售额也有所增长。据尼尔森独立报告显示，几乎有一半的英国消费者现在每个月会光顾折扣超市阿尔迪和Lidl.
&&尼尔森分析师迈克·霍特金斯指出，折扣超市正在着力吸引新顾客，其采取的手段包括通过新增门店以及利用广告来传递不仅有价值而且有质量和新鲜度的信息。
&&在过去三个月，英国食品行业销售额整体上涨0.9%，意味着食品行业销售额连续六个月遭遇增长低于1%，超市价格战不如预期反而拉低了销售额。
&&目前乐购在英国零售业中的市场份额为28.2%，为近十年以来的最低水平。本周恰逢乐购曝出造假账丑闻一周年，丑闻曝出之后对乐购产生了巨大的冲击。尽管造假账丑闻之后乐购首席执行官大卫·里维斯推出了详尽的重整计划，然而从更广阔的市场表现来看，乐购表现并不佳。
&&分析人士认为，乐购的裁员以及终止最终薪酬养老金计划打击了员工的士气。
&&凯度消费者指数的零售研究主任麦克维特说，在过去三个月塞恩斯伯里销售额与去年同期相比增长0.9%，并吸引了25万新顾客光顾其门店。得益于不断新开门店数，塞恩斯伯里的市场份额已经稳定在16.2%。
&&阿斯达仍然是英国第二大零售商，其市场占有率为16.7%，莫里森市场占有率则为10.7%。折扣零售商阿尔迪和Lidl销售额上涨使其市场占有率分别从去年的4.8%和3.6%攀升到5.6%和4.2%。
&&英国高端连锁超市维特罗斯销售额增长2.9%，市场占有率从5.1%上升到5.2%。

事件：公司公布2015三季报，前三季度实现营业收入19.46亿元，同比增长11.61%，归属于上市公司股东净利润2.80亿元，同比增长10235.59%，eps0.58元，同比增长5700%。其中三季度单季实现归属于母公司股东净利润2.32亿元，公司预计全年业绩为5.6至6亿元。三季度公司在行业景气高点时充分释放业绩、印证成本领先优势。三季度行业总体处于景气高位，猪价均价为17.67元/公斤，公司三季度单季销售生猪44.8万头，商品猪销售加权均价为17.54元，头均盈利大致为550元/头。公司盈利释放也印证了其成本领先的优势，而未来在粮价下跌的过程中，仍然有较大的成本优势提升空间。展望四季度，公司在行业景气高位、成本控制、高水平出栏的情况下将继续维持高盈利水平。（1）四季度供给紧缺程度将环比提升，行业头均盈利有望达到500-600元/头。我们结合近期跟踪数据，10月份中大猪存栏仅上升0.5%，不同于去年同期的显著上升，因此4季度供给端压力不大。同时根据调研及相关需求指数的测算，参照猪肉历年季节性需求特征，四季度单季需求将环比回升5%-10%。因此我们认为尽管猪价会因粮价下跌而有所回调，但4季度供给紧缺程度将环比提升，行业平均盈利水平将稳定在500-600元/头。（2）四季度公司出栏量将在较高水平，全年实现6亿元以上业绩可期。前期公司已进行猪舍清群等工作为后市释放产能做出准备，同时参照2014年11月份17.2万头、12月份25.6万头出栏量，以及月出栏量持续上升的趋势，我们认为四季度公司具备实现50-60万头的出栏量水平，按550元/头盈利、60万头出栏测算则四季度可实现3.3亿元净利润，全年业绩超过6亿元可期。中期来看，母猪产能持续去化，2016年行业景气高位时，公司通过有效成本管控将确保实现15-18亿以上净利润。当前母猪产能仍在持续去化，而未来1个季度以上都将因环保等压力维持低位，因此我们认为16年全年行业盈利都将维持在高水平。而公司又兼具成本优势与成本调节能力，因此保守按500元/头、300万头出栏量测算则2016年全年达到15亿净利润可期。长期来看，公司意在实现1000万头的目标，未来产能将保持30%的年增长速度，并且因养殖效率将始终保持100元/头以上的超额利润。因此公司兼具周期与成长属性，在行业较差时不会亏损，在行业较好时业绩弹性巨大。市值可能因为周期发生波动，但总体趋势向上、值得长期持有。预计公司2015-17年eps分别为1.55、3.36、2.84，按照2016年25xPE估值，我们给出牧原股份的目标价为84元，维持“买入”评级。公司质地优异、口碑一流，受益于2015-16年起行业景气回升带来的业绩高弹性增长，建议投资者继续买入，参与11月份猪价上涨的行情。
