.NET4.0安装总是出现严重错误。。。windows installer完全正常，没有任何其他.NET的干扰，但是无论如何都无法安装.NET4.0。。。以下是错误报告。。。P.S:我所遇到的问题几乎各大论坛都有人问，但是大多都重装系统了，我的电脑里有很多重要程序，所以我不希望重装系统，但是无法安装.NET又无法安装MAYA。。。所以希望好心人帮帮我。。。

首先,Win7自带了.NET Framework 3.5,这个版本的.NET Framework可以满足绝大多数的使用需求
NET Framework 4版本较新，如果有安装了编程软件，此类编程软件对NET Framework 版本要求较高，其他的普通的应用软件基本用不到NET Framework 4
然后，建议您卸载一下之前的存留.Net Framework 组件，再来安装.Net Framework 4，步骤如下
步骤1：清除之前的.Net Framework 4组件
1.点击获得.Net Framework
移除工具。
2.下载后，解压“dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip”重命名为“cleanup_tool.exe”。双击运行
3.选择“是”，和“YES"。然后会弹出一个选择框。
4.在“product to cleanup”选项卡中，选择 “.NET Framework - All Versions（Windows 7）”
5.点击“Cleanup Now”。
6.等待出现“Product cleanup successed!”字样时，重新启动您的计算机(可能时间较长，耐心等待）
步骤2：手动安装.Net Framework 4
1.手动从以下地址下载Microsoft NET Framework 4并保存至本地。
2.安装Microsoft .NET Framework 4，安装后重启计算机。
如果framework 4依旧安装失败，麻烦您收集以下安装日志：
(1).同时按下“R+窗口键”，复制%temp%，然后粘贴到输入框内，按“确定”。
(2).在打开的文件夹中，选定所有带有“MSIXXXX.log字样的日志，（XXXX是随机数字）复制到桌面上。如果日志的数目较多，建议您把日志都打包然后回复到论坛中来

一般情况下Mod为中文，NMM能支持。但也见过类似你的这种求助，也是把英文Mod自改为中文名字，出现问题的……建议把它们先恢复为英文看看。
要是还有问题的，重装较新版本的NMM来用吧。
