Rainy test method
Test name：Vertical water dripping test Sample placement：Place the sample on the rotation table, the& rotation speed is 1r/min and the space between the top of the sample and the spout is not greater than 200mmTest condition：The water dripping rate is 1+0.5 mm/min Test time：10 min
Test name： 15° water dripping test&& Test device： water dripping test device Sample placement： Make the angle between one side of the sample and the vertical line is 15°and the space between the top of the sample and the spout is not greater& than 200mm.After test one side of the sample ,turn to another side and repeat it for four times.Test condition： the water dripping rate is 3+0.5 mm/minTest time： 4×2.5 min(totally 10 min)
Test name：Water pouring testTest method：Oscillate pipe water pouring testSample placement：Chose proper oscillate pipe to make the mesa height of the sample is located at the oscillate pipe diameter. Place the sample on the rotation table and make the space between the top of the sample and the spout is not greater than 200mm. The rotation table does not move.Test condition：The water flow rate is calculated according to the number of the spray hole of the oscillate pipe, each hole equals to 0.07 L/min. When carry out this test, the spray hole in the 60°arc segment on either side of the middle point of the oscillate pipe& spray& water to the sample, and the sample is placed in the center of the semicircle of oscillate pipe. Along either side of the vertical, the oscillate pipe swings 60°respectively, totally 120°. It takes about 4s to swing (2×120°) once a time.Test time：10 min
Test name： Water splashing testTest method： Oscillate pipe water splashing testTest device and sample placement: Chose proper oscillate pipe to make the mesa height of the sample is located at the oscillate pipe diameter. Place the sample on the rotation table and make the space between the top of the sample and the spout is not greater than 200mm. The rotation table does not move. Test condition： The water flow rate is calculated according to the number of the spray hole of the oscillate pipe, each hole equals to 0.07 L/min. When carry out this test, the spray hole in the 90°arc segment on either side of the middle point of the oscillate pipe& spray& water to the sample, and the sample is placed in the center of the semicircle of oscillate pipe. Along either side of the vertical ,the oscillate pipe swings 180°respectively，totally 360°.It takes about 12s to swing (2×360°) once a time.Test time：10 min 。
Test name：Water spraying testTest device：The spout diameter of the nozzle is 6.3mm； Test condition：Make the space between the sample and the spout is 2.5~3m and the water flow rate is 12.5 L/min (750 L/h)；Test time：The time is calculated according to the surface area of the sample，each square meter equals to 1min(not include installation area), the minimum time is 3 min
Test name： Intensive water spraying testTest device：The spout diameter of the nozzle is 12.5mmTest condition： Make the space between the sample and the spout is 2.5~3m and the water flow rate is 100 L/min (6000L/h)；Test time： The time is calculated according to the surface area of the sample，each square meter equals to 1min(not include installation area), the minimum time is 3 min
