Now international large cities are completing the change which from magistral
manufacturing to magistral service. In this course of the change, creative industry
become important increasing point of economy develop quickly. The world concern
animation and comic industry which qua an important part of creative industry more
and more. Although Chinese animation and comic industry commenced early, it stay
developmental junior period for social and historical cause and drop behind American
