今天早些时候，黑莓正式发布了iOS和Android版的BBM。发布仅8个小时，iOS和Android版BBM应用的下载量已经突破500万次。
黑莓在上个月月底就iOS和Android版的BBM，由于一个早期曝光的Android版BBM出现了一些问题，这才导致黑莓今天才正式在这两个平台上推出BBM。
为了应对用户对BBM的强烈的需求，黑莓之前还启用了一个应用下载预定系统来避免服务器崩溃。为了尽早得知应用上线的时间，在iOS和Android版BBM正式推出前，已经有600万用户在这个预定系统上注册过。

Back button bashing
I've always been a chrome fan, using it on my pc, iPad and previous iphone 5. The seamless syncing of pages from each device is a game changer. However, with a now larger iphone 6, comes a problem had never encountered before:
usability.
As someone who uses their phone with one hand, navigating pages is burdensome with the location of the back button. Safari has both the swipe function AND an accessible bottom-of-the-screen back button. I just need one of those options to be happy.
So for now, my tired hand is switching to safari...
Great to have an option
Had to change my rating- current version on ios8/iphone4s won't load and won't delete - icon grayed out with &waiting&It is really great to have a solid option to Safari. Chrome will be very useful for google searches and when Safari chokes. But Chrome also demonstrates how Google is floundering, offering look alikes while telling us it is on the bleeding edge.
A real feature would have been to show flash on iPhones like Citrix GoToMyPc can. Google did spy on Apple and tried to copy iOS, it is time for Serg to take off his Google glasses and start innovating on apps we really need.
So ridiculously slow.
Slowest is when you go to fill out a search bar...will leave you hanging forever for the keyboard to pop up.
Navigating is also problematic.
You'll click on links and they will take forever to open.
I've repeatedly clicked so many times thinking my iPad didn't sense my touch, only to realize Chrome wasn't reacting.
When the new page eventually loads, I'm still clicking and I'll accidentally click some link in the new page.
Frustrating.
