2. Supplier annual audit, make sure comply to TTI ‘s QSA&QPA.
3. Top issue quality audit for supplier process.
4. Establish and maintenance TTI’s supplier quality management system .
Supplier NPI quality handle
5. Guide the NPI procedure for the new production on supplier base.
6. Conduct training for some of NPI procedure or NPI tools for the supplier.
7. Review and Approve the documentations such as PPAP. FMEA, FAI, GR&R. Cpk, supplier OQC inspection plan….
8. Work closely with PIE, R&D colleague, qualified supplier process and production .
Supplier quality sustaining
9. Set quality goal for the supplier by his responsibility suppliers, make KPI for the supplier such as LRR, DPPM, FPY, Cpk, …
10. Monitor and tracking the daily performance, drive the supplier to improve the capability of the process and production.
11. Follow up the internal Voice of Customer, validate the improving efficient of the issues that come from the production line.
12. Deal with some of customer’s complain related with components
13. Validate the improving result for the daily audit, ensure closed the actions.
14. In order to reduce the ‘common cause’ , need run quality improving project at supplier side ,conduct some training on quality improving tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, 6sigma and so on .
15. Assess the supplier quality rank based on the supplier performance every month.
Person Specifications
1. A University degree with Electronic Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years Electronic Quality Engineering experiences, 3 years Supplier Quality management experience.
