英文完美面试指南&（一）
大多在海外，或者外企求职的朋友都会多多少少的需要用英文来面试。
很功利的说，英文好可以掩盖很多问题，在公司看来，一个英语能力强的人，具备了很高的外交沟通素质，逻辑分析，和管理组织能力。&
不可否认，学习英语确实在这些方面是有提高的，但仍不可否认，如果没有英语来否定一个人是件不公平的事情。
这次分几个章节来把基本书的内容总结出来，完成一个完美的面试准备计划。
本次主要借鉴的内容主要来自于 Perfect Phrases for the Perfect
Interview,&
50 Successful Harvard Application Essays 以及一些关于NLP神经语言学的著作
（一） Key Words
在面试和简历的阅读过程工，面试人员主要是在搜索关键字。
因为工作量的巨大和时间的短暂，很多公司需要提高这方面的效率，而同时又需要找到最合适的人选。
在很多的招聘过程中，很多优秀的人没有被选上，运气是一个原因，更多是没有做到完美。
什么样的key words是一个公司所需要的呢？
不妨到晚上搜集一下招聘广告，当同一个职位搜集到10篇以后，大家都会发现很多的内容都很类似。
这个说明了这个职位的特性，说明了要胜任这个职位你需要什么。
如果面试官问你，你什么最出色，你为什么能胜任这个工作，你回答，因为我什么都很出色，那就死定了，因为面试官是想要听到内心里的那个答案，而你却自信的没有给出那个你也知道的答案。
和面试官谈话是件很技巧的事情，不能把事情看的很多余，多余的话要说，多余的事情要做，因为这个是体现一个人的内在素质的过程，而并不是表面的过程。
现在回到关键词上，什么内容是面试官需要的呢？
我搜索在finance的行政领域的工作， 有些共同点
1. written and oral communication skills
2. confidentiality --judgement
3. self-starter --work independently
4. Prioritizing &and multitasking
5. Organized
这五个方面是作为一个行政人员或者说所谓的office人员必须要有的素质，
在面试的过程中，完全有必要把这些你已经知道的内容提及出来，并且加以例子说明。
而例子最好是引用别人的话，例如， my client would say that he only wanted to
talk to me because I　could use the easiest words and go straight to
the points.
My boss would tell you that she trusted me to leave the whole
company to me to manage so that she could have more time to seek
other business opportunities.
在说话中，首先要摆正自己的位置，你是一个销售员，今天要卖的产品就是你自己，你需要找到公司的需求，并且千方百计的告诉他们，这个产品是最完美的，不用不行的。
在这种情况下，需要做的第一点就是自信，因为一个不自信的销售员，产品就没有说服力。
很多人不喜欢销售这个行业，也觉得自己没有说话的本事，其实都错了，我们天生都是销售员，只是我们自己刻意的关闭了自己的能力。
在一个自信的前提下，再加上一点小小的技巧我们就会做的更好。

1. 自我介绍(self-introduce)

4 .介绍你的家乡(about hometown)
, a famous city with a long history over 2,200 years. It is called “Rong Cheng ” because there were lots of banians even 900 years ago. The city lies in the eastern part of the province. It is the center of politics, economy and culture. Many celebrities were born here, for instance, Yanfu, Xie Bingxin, Lin Zexu and so on . . You know, there is a saying that “The greatness of a man lends a glory to a place”. I think the city really deserves it. The top three artware are Shoushan Stone, cattle-horn combs and bodiless lacquerware. In addition, it is famous for the hot springs. Theyare known for high-quality. Visitors athome and abroad feel it comfortable bathing here.There is my beloved hometown.
5.你的家庭(about family)
There are four
my parents, my cute cat of 9 years old andme. My father is a technician in the Fujian TV station. He often goes out on business. So most of the housework is done by my industrious mom. Climbing at weekends is our common interest. The fresh air and natural beauty can help us get rid of tiredness. They can strengthen our relation, too.During my prepareing for coming here,my parents’love and support have always been my power.and I hope in future I wil be able to repay them.
6.你的大学(about university)

Reasons for taking postgraduate exams:

站在镜子前查看当你进行的练习发某些固定音时的嘴型，唇型和舌头的位置。和你看到的native speaker的发音对比！平时还可以把自己的发音模样录成video，仔细观察比较。
Copy the experts.
绝对没有取代从专家－英语母语人士处发音的方式。因此仔细听！听英语广播节目并看英语的电视节目和电影。尽量不要念字幕！模仿你所听到的－就算你还不肯定他们说的话。
&Practice makes perfect.
有些成都英语的孩子发音的问题迟迟不能解决就是因为我们害怕犯错。－第一次见面，在饭店点菜，询问方向－然后你自己表演出对话。别害羞！启德雅思每周都举行免费的口语练习，不少同学来到广州图书馆practice，特别是考前的机经特训，对真题的模拟大有裨益。
Find a language buddy.
从其他人处获得反馈是非常重要的。找一个对提高的水平同样感兴趣的朋友。试着更换录音资料这样你就可以互相听对方的发音。记住录完要重新听听，找出错误和闪光点啊。
&Be poetic.
好的发音不仅是掌握单独的音节。还是对intonation （声音的升降调）和 stress （对单词中一些音节和句子中的一些单词更大声更清晰的发音）的理解。大声念一些诗歌，演讲，歌曲，集中练习单词的重音和音调。
Sing a song!
学习一些英语流行歌曲的歌词并跟着唱。唱歌帮助你放松并能让这些词说出来，同时帮助改进你的英语培训培训的语音和语调。
